What happened to Julie while she was at college has affected her more than I thought, and once he finds out, it starts to take a toll on Eric (and his coaching duties) as well. “Kingdom,” which saw the East Dillon Lions once again facing the Kingdom Rangers, the team they forfeited to in their very first game last season, was actually quite light on the gut-wrenching drama this show is known for. As bonds are formed and others are strengthened, things are actually looking up for a lot of the characters, which can probably only mean one thing: something’s gonna be hitting the fan quite soon.
